Sensory Spectrum Certification Program

The Sensory Spectrum Certification Program is available to train sensory scientists with 0-2 years experience through hands-on learning. This program provides experience for the sensory professional in the basic principles of Sensory Evaluation and certification with the successful completion of the program. By learning the tenets of the profession and applying them in real testing situations, the professional gains experience. Additionally, the sensory professional learns the sensory properties of their products (appearance, aroma, flavor/fragrance, tactile/texture, and sound) over a series of hands-on sessions.
